Lovely meal celebrating my partner passing his exams. Our server, Fabio, was super friendly. Really appreciated the "happy birthday" Desert, was really sweet.

Emma was a fantastic waitress she really went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect, we never leave reviews but felt we had to as all the staff were brilliant but Emma was super nice and helpful, and the food was great too as always.

We really enjoy coming every week to have a regular coffee after a fitness class where Emma, Shaun and Abhi make us feel so welcome. This has also extended into the occasional lunch and suppers where there is a great selection of menu choices and we have never been disappointed with quality or service. Thank you guys.

Went as a family for a Saturday lunch and couldn't be more disappointed.
Firstly the service.
We were seated near the bar area and could see the staff standing at the bar the whole time talking and playing on their phones.
Every time we wanted anything I had to get up and walk round to find someone.
Our food took far too long and after 30 minutes I asked the waiter if our food was coming soon and he replied in a very annoyed tone "yes". It did not.
When we asked for the bill our table wasn't even cleared and as we paid and left, the plates were still there.
We were never offered drinks or the desert menu.
Secondly the food.
I ordered a burger which was revolting. I asked for it to come with no cheese but the bun came slathered in the cheapest nastiest 'cheese from a can'.
My wife's rib eye was over cooked and tough.
We didn't have time to send them back as it had already been nearly 40 minutes and we had to get somewhere.
A very expensive and disappointing experience and I will certainly not be returning.
